Kajani Capital Group to develop apartment complex in Kingwood Place

Houston-based Kajani Capital Group has acquired a roughly 11-acre tract in the Kingwood Place mixed-use development at Interstate 69 and Northpark Drive to develop a 300-unit garden-style apartment complex.
