Custom Jersey Lead Times?

I ordered a custom jersey with the stitching for the name/number from the Union Station store on October 16th with a verbal 2-3 week lead time and now it’s been over 4 weeks with no word. Has anyone else had to wait a long time for a custom Jersey?
