Eastwood Updates Plz

Hi folks! Hope everyone’s doing ok!

I’m looking into buying a home in the Eastwood area (off of Lockwood). Planning to live there with one or two roommates (young-ish professional).

A lot of the posts I’ve looked up about the area are now >2 years old and right now is an “interesting” time for all of the city and real estate. So I wanted to get your thoughts on that area and what you think will happen to it in the next 10 years (best guesses obvs).
