What is the expectation for LMJ next season?

Have read plenty of posts about Valdez and Javier, but wanted to ask about LMJ.

Coming off injury, he was solid but overall sample size was only ~50 IP in the regular season. ALCS and WS were rough but hopefully just blips.

Where will he settle in the rotation and thoughts on how the shift ban will impact him?
