Impacts of the shift ban next year

So with the shift going away next year I want to know which Astros you think will be the most and least affected. Also potential free agents like Rizzo, Bell, etc. Will the shift ban have a minimal impact on the team, or will it lead to some crazy events like Machete winning the batting title in 2023?
