Genoa red bluff and space center gas station owner makes minimum wage employees cry.

Walk into the Chevron gas station almost daily. Usually see the owner being his normal grumpy self. The other day I walk in and the poor lady working behind the counter was almost in tears. Of course I asked her why and she told me that she was 15 minutes late due to that she has to take an uber to work as she cannot afford a car. So I tried to console her and ask why she would be crying, apparently the owner is treating her like crap cause she was 15 minutes late. I asked if she's ever been late and she said never. This girl is always so sweet and has a smile on her face for you when you walk in.. So I drop in late after he is gone and ask the associates how their owner/boss is. I have heard some pretty disgusting feedback like him threating his employees. These poor girls are making minimum wage and are basically forced to put up with this to live. He will only hire a specific ethnic background to ensure he has this leverage. I get it cultures differ but what I've seen go on here is unacceptable. Tonight I witness what looked to me like kids buying alcoholic beverages and he did not card them! That was the last straw for me. This place needs to be boycotted and forced to close down. I know that will hurt the ladies working there but it is my hope that it will get them into somewhere thats less abusive. If this owner is allowed to continue with our customer support then we are essentially promoting abuse. I hate to think if it got worse for them, if it can.
