Fellow Asians, Where do you get your haircuts?

When all this starts to settle down a bit more, I’m planning on getting a haircut. I have really long somewhat wavy (as in not super straight hair) hair and just need simple layering and a trim. I’m looking for something >$35. I used to go to 22 hair salon but after two bad experiences (they cut it 8 inches shorter than what I told them) I can’t go back! If you guys have a specific stylist you recommend please let me know! I just need someone who won’t make me cry

Note: I’ll give the stylist the benefit of the doubt and say it was maybe a language barrier? I don’t know why they did that even though i pointed at the length but if someone can recommend a stylist who is fluent in english/cantonese I’d be very grateful!
