What’s everyones opinion on the new shift ban?

Personally, i like the idea of banning extreme shifts. I understand the analytics and the benefits of the shift, but it seems to take away alot of the middle infield defense aspect that separates an elite SS or 2B from the league average. As far as hitters and pitchers, i think banning the shift make take away some of the “two outcome” strikeout or homerun approaches you see from hitters alot of teams have now developed.
