Asian Fusion Recommendations

Hey everyone, I am looking for something in the Houston area that is similar to a Nobu or Uchi, but more hot food focused than sushi/sashimi focused. If anyone has been to Tao in Vegas or Gekko in Miami, I’m looking for something like that. I like the environment of those places and I also really appreciate the quality of the food.
