Is there a way I can help people to get to voting locations? Or other ways I can help voters feel safe at polling locations that may have "observers"?

Sorry to ask here but googling just gets me to a lot of voter registration and polling place info. I just wondered if there's a group or charity that helps people get to the polls. While typing this out I realized it may be a dumb thing to ask. I'm just so extremely discouraged that people might not vote because of lack of access or fears for their safety.
