Hidden gem camp spots?

I’m hoping to find out if anybody knows of any hidden gems for camping. Ideally something up in the national forest(Conroe/Huntsville area) that I could ride a motorcycle to and set up a campsite. If I could find some thing off of a body of water like a lake or a river and that allows campfires, I would be stoked.
