Physical therapist that does manipulation?

Hello,

Due to my insurance restriction, I can only see physical therapist not chiropractors. I found that physical therapists here do not perform manipulation ("cracking bones"). For my problem, I found manipulation to work the best. Can you recommend me some PT that performs manipulation?
