traffic in Houston

I'm driving from Alabama to San Antonio for a business trip. I currently spending the night in Beaumont so I'll be getting up in the morning to finish the drive. How bad will traffic be going through Houston on a Sunday? I won't be getting off at any exits I'll just be on the interstate
