Light show around 9pm Friday?

I was at the Rice village and there was a light show, with colored lights moving around and making pictures…a map of Houston, some music notes, etc. Really beautiful and like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I wasn’t able to get a picture before it ended but it was in this part of the sky. https://imgur.com/a/3DnUHjy

Does anyone have any info on this? Where it came from and when it might happen again?
