Attorney for DoorDash Accident

I'm looking for an attorney for an car accident with a door dash driver. My vehicle was parked, the DoorDash driver admitted to falling asleep at the wheel and totalling my vehicle. Her insurance will not cover the accident because she did not have coverage for her vehicle as an independent driving contractor and DoorDash is not responding. So I need to take further action.
