What are some positive things about the Houston Texans?

A friend of mine for some reason dislikes the Texans, so I thought I would ask everyone on here what some good things about this team are and explain to my friend why I like them. I have yet to know this team more for sure, but I know that we are a good team! Thanks in advance!
