cheap/ free veterinarian services

so my cat developed an aural hematoma and I can tell gay he’s in so much pain and discomfort, and I read that he might need surgery to get it removed. the problem is that i’ve been struggling financially for a few months now and I can’t afford the surgery, so are there any vets that perform surgeries or treat pets for cheap/ free? please let me know if you know about any and thank you.
