Is Tom Bass Regional Park safe after sundown?

With colder weather rolling in, I was hoping to get back into running instead of gum workouts. But with colder weather also come early sunsets. I was wondering if any one knows if it’s safe to do so in the Tom Bass Regional park section 3 in Pearland. After sundown or maybe before sunrise.
