A Houston mystery that has been bugging me for over a decade. Please help.

I lived in Houston about 10-12 years ago. I lived there for 2 years in my mid 20s and had a blast.

I'm not big on going to bars and clubs, but I was dating a 'life of the Party' guy back then. Every weekend felt like it was spent at some new hip place I never heard of before, and never went back to again.

The Mystery

One weekend we were at one of these bars/clubs, and I had to go to the bathroom like the world was ending. I had to pee soooo bad, I felt like my bladder would explode. I asked for directions to the bathroom and was pointed vaguely in a direction.

Well, I eventually found the bathroom…

It was a glass room! Two walls were actual walls. But the wall in front of the toilet, and the wall with the door to get in were glass. At the time, I had seen a video of those glass doors that go opaque when you lock them, and thought, 'Neat, it must be one of those.'

Except I locked the door and nothing changes on my end. I could still see everyone in the bar. Now, granted it was a super low lit bar, and fairly dark, but still! I could see people around me! So I stepped out of the bathroom and looked inside from the bar, I could still see the bathroom clear as day!

I didn't know what to do! I had to go SO BAD! So I said f**k it. I went in, locked the door. Went to the toilet and looked at all the people on the other side of the glass as I slowly inched my dress up. No one was paying attention to me.

So that's how a peed. Like creepy gollum, hunched over the toilet, looking around me for predators. As far as I could tell no one glanced over at me. I pulled up my panties so damn quick and washed my hands before running out of there.

So now my question. Please tell me there is someone on here that knows of that bar/club, and please tell me a room full of people did not see me pee!
