MDA employees, is there any way to negotiate salary?

As the question above mentions i wanted to see about negotiations toward salary. I’m going into my final round of interview at the end of the week and have my fingers crossed I’ll get it.

I truly appreciate that they list the min, midpoint, and max salaries for the position for a bit more transparency. In my case, I have the preferred degree and years experience required. I just wanted to see how possible it is that I can get something toward the midpoint to max during the first negotiation? Or even negotiate a little from min to midpoint salary as the midpoint is more of my desired salary.
