Where can I milk a cow in the Houston area?

I’m moving to the Houston area in a few days, and it’s my SO’s birthday. She has a minor obsession with cows, so I thought it’d be fun to take her somewhere that she could milk her first cow since it’s on her bucket list.

I’ve found a few petting zoos that have cows, but none of them mention milking a cow. Any ideas?
