Fluor subpoenaed by DOJ in ongoing investigation

Irving, Texas-based Fluor Corp. disclosed May 8 that the company has received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice in relation to recorded charges in the second quarter of 2019.

In February, the company disclosed that the Securities and Exchange Commission was probing recorded charges from the second quarter of 2019. At the time, executives said they would be cooperating with requests from the commission and that an internal review was being conducted.
