About Mills’ flaws

He's afraid of being sacked. He's not sensing the collapse of the oline and escalating the pocket when necessary. He's not reading the second route. He's missing wide open receivers left and right because of that.

I am just a Brazilian fan, and football became a favorite sport for me just a few years ago.

I am quite sure the coaches have noticed those flaws already and they are working with Mills on those issues as we speak.

My question is: are these things easy to fix/improve for a quarterback?

Mills got sacked a few times, and almost busted his elbow in one of the plays. So, there's that.
