Looking for an artsy/queer/alternative dance club

Going to be in Houston for a conference later this week, and I’m looking for a club to take my coworkers Friday night fitting the description above. Looking for a welcoming place with a mixed crowd and queer alternative vibes like Berlin in Chicago or Kremwerk in Seattle. Bonus for a House or Latin night. Thanks!
