Restaurant Question, Maya Internacional Bar & Grill (Old Picos)

I liked Picos when it was on Bellaire. I don't like going out and spending $120 on dinner for two if I want Mexican. I know Pico's is good but I am just shocked that when it moved between River Oaks, Montrose and West U the pricing keeps creeping up. It looks local and that makes me feel better when I spend money.

So my question is has anyone eaten at this place Mayas?
