Can anyone in Houston help?

My husband is parked around the palace inn. The one closest to Cullen park. I didn't get the exact location but he was driving from Cullen park. He's in a black Mazda 6. He was on his way back home to lousiana but he's out of gas and money. If anyone in that area can help him get home let me know. He's from houma, la. It's quite a drive to get here.
