Enjoy a new Mother’s Day tradition with Rainbow Lodge and exceptional to-go menus for celebrating at home! This year, the holiday falls on Sunday, May 10, and The Lodge has everything you need to honor the important women in your life with beautiful meals complete with cocktails and wine. Executive Chef Mark Schmidt has crafted thoughtful dishes that reflect sweet and savory flavors, while Beverage Director Marc Borel has developed a diverse selection of wines from around the world, as well as cocktail kits for every palate. 

Choose from four prix-fixe meals for two, or create your own feast from the à la carte menu. Order meals by 3 p.m. Thursday, May 7 for pickup 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Each full meal includes four Cheddar Bacon Biscuits and Lodge-Made Pear Butter plus additions like salad, sides and desserts. The entrée choices include Whole Lemon And Herb Roasted Chicken for $65; Whole Roasted Rack Of Lamb for $105; Field And Stream Dinner for $110; and Filet Of Beef Tenderloin for $120. The all-day à la carte menu is also available, and perfect for serving larger parties or tailoring to specific tastes. Choose from fresh starters such as Leafy Green Salad with balsamic dressing, candied Texas pecans and feta and tender Lobster And Avocado Wedge. Warm appetizers like Lodge signatures Smoked Duck and Andouille Sausage Gumbo and Fried Texas Quail Bites offer a delicious segue to the main meal. Entrées reflect land and sea while three special brunch dishes are available 10 a.m. to 2 p.m only. These are Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast, Lump Crab Cake Benedict and vegetarian Individual Garden Quiche. There are plenty of sides to round out the meal such as Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Smoked Gouda and Black Pepper Orzo. Kids can choose from two kinds of chicken or angel hair pasta with wild game meatballs. Don’t forget dessert! Everyone will swoon for these sweets. Choose from the savory Bloody Mary, crisp Martini, rich Old Fashioned, classic Manhattan, fresh Hibiscus Margarita, zesty Border Paloma or juicy Mimosa (a perpetual Mother’s Day favorite).
