TxDOT resumes apartment demolition process for I-45 expansion despite pushback

TxDOT and an attorney for the city of Houston say the state agency is allowed to move forward with its demolition plans, but a group called Stop TxDOT I-45 accused TxDOT of not acting in good faith.
