What can I do about excess speeders in a residential steet?

Normally I don’t Karen this stuff, nor am I pointing fingers, but it’s an neighborhood street near 59 in little York. But many people use the street to cut thru which they have every right to do.

But I am talking about speeds of 50MPH+. It’s already a narrow street, and my girlfriends dog was hit by a guy doing over 50MPH. The guy stopped said sorry and sped off.

That’s what got me to wondering if any officers would even waste their time sitting there even tho in a span of one hour I am sure they’ll have over 20 cars pulled over. Btw this is not even 2 min from where the homeless man was killed by a speeding hit and run driver on little York.
