How do I go about getting a credit/ returning tickets

I bought tickets for the game on Friday September 9th that I am no longer able to attend. I am able to attend the game on Wednesday against the Rangers so I’m looking to get a credit and buy new tickets. I’ve been trying to contact the ticket office but haven’t had any luck so far this week. Is there a better process to return / exchange tickets for others?
