World Financial Group?

I've been approached by an agent from this group, she wanted me to buy an index universal life and also become an agent. Is this organization legit? She didn't seem very knowledgeable about her products, she had to have her manager talk with me. I don't even think the manager knew what he was talking about. He spoke in very general terms and couldn't get specific.
