What areas/neighborhoods do you hate or strongly dislike and why?

This is a conversation I have often and I’m curious as to the opinions of some of you here. What areas do you just hate or dislike and why? I don’t mean areas that you think are dangerous necessarily but that you find annoying or difficult to navigate or whatever it may be.

Example: I work downtown and I’ve lived on the med center, spring, spring branch, second ward, and now I live in magnolia park. I’ve worked in multiple other areas and have spent time in almost every corner of the city.

I hate galleria/uptown and most of like west chase and sharsptown. Traffic is awful, the galleria feels pretentious, people don’t seem as friendly over there, and it just always has been an area I dislike. I’m also not a huge fan of midtown but that’s more about safety and crime I think. I also don’t care for bellaire or tomball.

I love downtown, spring branch, second ward/magnolia park, montrose, near north side, greenway, and memorial city. What about everyone else?
