Why are almost all Lanes of 610 south closed near 288?

The on/off ramps are close and almost all lanes have been closed for the past two days. I don't see any construction, or really anything at all and the little number of cars are backed up forever on the feeder.

Anyone know why and how long it's going to be like this?
