Looking to digitize VHS Tapes

Can anyone recommend a great video transfer service in town? I’m trying to archive a bunch of really cool stuff for my employer and am a little overwhelmed at all of the options. Anyone that can also restore damaged tape would be a huge plus. We’ve got boxes and boxes of one-of-a-kind gems and the world needs them to be preserved.
