I’m late to everything. What was up with the Cowboy Hat guy in the 21-5 game?

I'm curious about the Astros fan in the cowboy hat and why he was escorted from the stands in the super Astros v. White Sox game. I'll bet he thought you come down and sit there after the 7th inning or something and they didn't want him there. IDK.
