Parking near Warehouse Live

I'll be going to the James Bay concert at Warehouse Live this weekend, but I'm not familiar with the Houston area. I can see a few parking lots near the venue, but I was hoping to park in a parking garage. Are the lots safe? Are there any other nearby parking options?
