Single-family community near Lake Conroe opens for home sales

Miami-based homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) has begun selling homes in a new community it is developing near Lake Conroe.

Lennar’s Heritage Reserve community aims to provide relatively inexpensive family homes that are located near employment centers, as well as shopping, dining, entertainment and boating options within reach of Lake Conroe, the company said in a news release.
