Until when will tolls be waived?

Apologies if this has been addressed. I did a search but didn't find it, though there's always the possibility that I missed it.

Tolls are supposed to be waived "through the duration of the Harris County Judge's declaration of a local disaster." Will Harris County's declaration of a local disaster continue or will it be lifted along with the state's stay at home order on Thursday?
