Best bread/bakery?

Hey all, Love to make sandwiches but I have a hard time finding really good bread in Houston. I love ciabatta and can often score that at H‑E‑B or Whole Foods. But I like Variety. Just like good crunchy fresh loafs to make a great sandwich. Where you go?
