Defunct Italian/Pizza Chain? Forgot the name…

Hey y'all just wondering if anyone remembers the name of a particular Italian restaurant/Pizza place that was around H-town in the early to mid 90's. All the locations had a wood/coal fired oven that you could see from the dining room.

The location that I knew was at 911 E NASA Pkwy, Houston, TX 77058. It's a Mexican restaurant now.

Anyways, there were 4-5 of these places around Houston. They used to advertise on the radio all the time.

If anyone can help on the name, I'd be grateful!
