Navigating feeders @ red lights
Ok… another Houston driving thread.
I’ve been driving here for 7-8 years on and off and I still don’t know what the actual rule for this situation is.
Say I’m driving south and approach an intersection with the I-10 feeder. If I’m making a right turn & crossing traffic, am I supposed to yield to folks who are coming around the u-turn at the underpass? I always do because 9.9 times outta 10, those drivers are only looking at (and yielding to) oncoming traffic & not potential traffic turning onto the feeder.
