Where can I find the cheapest basic liability insurance for a young adult?

Hello, I am a 21 f and searching for bare minimum liability insurance to stay legal. I have had a license since 17, have only gotten one speeding ticket 4 years ago and one car accident 5 months ago that was not my fault. My “new” car is a 04’ Pontiac Grand Am that I only use to get to work (2.6 miles away) and to get groceries. (My math estimates around 4,000 annual miles) I know that most people will advise against cheaping out here, I completely understand the importance of having good insurance. My last car was totaled after a driver ran a red light and tboned me. They had no DL or insurance, and my basic insurance covered nothing. So I have already learned this lesson the hard way, but unfortunately I just do not have the funds at the moment. also getting on a parent or relatives plan is not an option for me thanks in advance!
