Raccoon problem

Hey I have a raccoon that has been in my attic for about 4-5 days now I’m going to buy a cage and trap it what do I do after I trap it I want to relocate it but I don’t know if it’s illegal to relocate raccoons in Texas please help also if anyone knows what type of cage works best and where to find the cage that would help a lot thanks
