career change ideas?

Considering a career change out of the arts. What are some "normal" jobs that would give me my nights and weekends back? I am a smart, independent worker with problem solving and organizational skills. I''m getting too old for physical labor, don't want to work around kids or food. I have a college degree, clean record, driver's license.
