Homeless Downtown

I’ve been living downtown for awhile and for the most part I don’t mind the homeless. But today I made eye contact with one who took it personally and started calling me a bitch and daring me to look back at him again. If I had called the cops, would they even respond to the complaint?

First time having a truly bad encounter with one of them and otherwise don’t mind them but sucks to have to be accosted like that outside of my apartment building.
