Any Clutch City cruisers members in here? My husband was injured last night near Washington Avenue.

This is a long shot but I would like to seek out help identifying an individual that ran into my husband yesterday while ridding our bicycles. The person (bike ridding) who slammed into my husband didn’t even stop to make sure he was ok. My husband ended up seeking medical attention due to his injuries and is currently undergoing reconstructive surgery on his knee.
