Conservice Utility Bill

I understand they're a s**t company, is anyone else renting in Houston and have this company managing their utilities bill? Have you noticed your water/sewer charge continuously creeping up for no reason? I don't know how to dispute it but my rent has consistently gone up for the past 8 months without fail, even if I'm out of town for half the month. I get that I'm charged based on my complex's usage and my unit's square footage, but its not likely that the entire complex has been using more and more water for 8 straight months without fail.
