Need restaurant ideas for baby’s 1st bday party

It feels like I’m looking for a unicorn trying to find a venue that can satisfy the following:

-has vegan options or allows for food to be brought in -kid-friendly -but also adult-friendly, so no chuck e. cheese type of places please. -spacious enough for a gathering of maybe 15-20 people? -not too expensive -ideally near I10 West but open to other areas since I don’t feel too confident finding something within those parameters.

Normally, I’d do an outdoors or at-home kind of thing. But it’s hotter than hell out, and the bday is in only a few weeks from now. We are in the brainstorming stage, so if you’ve any ideas , pls send them my way! If I can’t come up with something, plan B would probably be to cut down the invite list to half in order to host it inside our home.
