HELP!! I received a “Automated Red Light Enforcement” fine from City of Humble – I thought the state of TX did away with camera enforcement?!!!

I’m not contesting – but I’ve read here and elsewhere that TEXAS did away with traffic cameras. So why is City of Humble sending me a bill for $75….

Pls explain to me what my options are. I have checked previous posts and google but I’m freaked out with the official looking demand bill.
