looking for more information on a shooting that happened last night.

My homegirl lives in the apartments off imperial valley and 1960 last night about midnight white guy comes outside his apartment carrying a long gun of sorts and is firing at what people are saying is his mother. He fires off rounds at random apartments until some neighbor came outside and shot that asshole. He laid there on the ground in the bushes until he died. No word on whether the mother has died or when we can give that man a medal who shot him. This is not the shooting from the day prior in the same area or today midday. We can't find anything on the news about it and she's more Instagram than Reddit so asked me to check here for gossip.
